Just some signs that the world really might be ending…

I've finally lost those ten pounds I've been trying so hard to get off and been keeping them off.

My manager hired 4 more people at work after months of begging for extra help in the afternoons.

We found someone to move in with us so our rent will go down and I will actually have some money again.

Some cute guy asked me out and he seems normal. (Too bad I'm already attached and had to decline his offer.)

I have had no car trouble in the past month.

opened my pool and by a miracle, everything pretty much works and it cleaned up in only 2 days.

contacted an old friend from my tour planning days and she hooked us up on saturday night in Niagara Falls for a ridiculous hotel rate.

met my wife's boss in the fitness center this morning and she is a total sweetie AND turns out she went to grade school with mrs david!

the forecast for this weekend was looking totally rainy on Monday, but now has miraculously turned to sun all weekend long!

It's not the end of the world until we meet for beers.  As we live so close, you had your baby in the hospital where I work…and yet…no beers.

Oh yeah, and a few free hours to myself….another sign that the world would be ending.

Between work and a two year old I'm lucky if I even get to see my friends for a drink or two.

Yea, but then we can use the old, "We're going to ge the kids together to play" thing to have a beer. LOL!

I'll have you over to my tiny little house. We sit in the back yard, the kids run around and we all talk.
