For some of you who have missed it…

'Deadliest Catch' season 4 has started again on the Discovery Chanel.

'Burn Notice', on the USA chanel has started airing their first season ( Thurs nights) again in case you've never seen it…fun show, good writing.

I don't get either of those channels. Thanks for nothing. 8^|

Judge Roy Bean Apr 21st 9:09 pm

USA and Disc are basic cable I think…

I still don't get either of those channels. I have extremely basic, less than $13 a month cable.

Judge Roy Bean Apr 21st 10:54 pm

Wow…that really is basic…have someone tape them for you if you can.

Deadliest Catch is sooo cool, although I haven't watched it in a while!

Phantom Apr 22nd 12:56 am

I don't think I've ever watched a full season of Deadliest Catch, but I find myself watching it whenever it's on. It's addictive.

Is this supposed to be where we discuss TV?

Haven't seen or heard of either of those shows.

One of my new faves is Eli Stone. I wasn't sure after watching the pilot but it picked up quick and became a show with a great quirky sense of humour. Jonny Lee Miller can actually act and be funny. Who knew? I really hope they pick it up for a whole season.

Same with Chuck. I loved that show and coule never figure out why it wasn;t very well received. It's supposed to be back in the fall but because of the strike they are supposedly "re-launching" the show. Which probably means it'll become teh suck.

Judge Roy Bean Apr 22nd 2:18 am

Really enjoyed Eli Stone…as well as Chuck…thought that Eli Stone was an awfully short season.

Hope they both come back strong.

My favorite show is Ghost Hunters.  I prefer Ghost Hunters International, however.

d Apr 22nd 2:37 am

It sure is basic. And, no one tapes anymore. Hell, no one's taped in years. Couple years back I tried finding someone to tape something for me and no one had a VCR. It's all digital some such or something, I guess. Me, I've still got (and sometimes use) a VCR. But, mostly when I need to record, I use the computer.

LOVE Eli Stone. So the season's over? Guess that explains why I don't see it listed for this week on tvguide.com.

Was into Chuck for a while, then got bored with it. Even though I love that dude (I forget his name and am too lazy to look it up right now) that plays Chuck. Which reminds me, I wish Less Than Perfect was still on.

glory Apr 22nd 9:14 am

I like Chuck; it's fun.

Eli Stone? That sounds like something I had told myself to watch and then didn't lol

I'm excited that my "regularly scheduled shows" are now BACK and regularly scheduled now. I'm addicted to Smallville and Supernatural; not sure which one I like better--probably Supernatural, b/c it's exactly what I love--touch of horror, bit o'drama, sexy men, and humor! Love that show!

I've also discovered Dexter. CBS started showing it on Sunday nights and tho I dvr'd it, didn't sit down to watch it until maybe last week. Holy shit that's a great show! I found out Netflix offers the first season as a "watch now" so i've been catching up with the uncut versions. I am totally in love with that show!

Dean Apr 22nd 11:45 am

I'm happy that Fox has picked up another 13 episode season of Sarah Connor Chronicles. I had reservations about it but it turned out to be done very well.

Deano:

I agree…thought it started to get even more interesting at the end…who knew that that 90210 kid could act <lol>.

I hear ya JRB.

Also announced that he is joining the cast full time in the new season.

glory Apr 23rd 8:49 am

Very cool!

Yeah, I wasn't sure either when they introduced him, but he's definitely earned the role.

I saw that Bionic Woman was canceled; can't say that it bothered me one way or another. I would've liked to have seen where it would've gone, but I won't miss it either.

You know, there's this cheesy vampire show on CBS, "Moonlight" that, I just really like lol I'm not sure if they've canceled it yet or not (it actually reminds me of Forever Knight--which was also cheesy and I liked LOL). It's struggling, I'm sure. The writers strike probably killed it off. I have to check.

There just needs to be another kick ass vampire show out there. I miss my vamp dramas. LOL

Judge Roy Bean Apr 23rd 1:52 pm

Glory,

'Moonlight' is starting some new shows up this Friday…it's not too bad of a show…I kind of remember 'Forever Knight', though I think I caught it later in it's run….

Here are our typical watches each week:

Monday - House
Tuesday - American Idol, Gene Simmons Family Jewels
Wednesday - Ghost Hunters (on SciFi)
Thursday - The Office
Friday - the wife watches What Not to Wear, I usually find something else to do.

I'm really hooked on Ghost Hunters.  And last night, I also found myself flipping back and forth between Scariest Places on Earth and AI.

Peggy Apr 23rd 5:02 pm

Ghost Hunters really is awesome!  I'm so fascinated by the paranormal, and appreciate that they don't really overhype anything on that show.

Judge Roy Bean Apr 23rd 5:13 pm

Fleck:

Battlestar is on Friday night!!
