finally moved in (tempoarilly) with the handsomest man on the planet. but i think i see him less now than i did when we were living 20 miles apart.

struggling through the next week and a half - i have six tests in five days, not counting the weekend… managed to talk my way out of a CNA class on saturday to put more time towards studying.

this thursday is my human development final, friday is my nutrition final, monday i have a med math final, and anatomy lab exam on muscles, tuesday i have my chem final (kill me now), and wednesday i have my last anatomy lexture exam (worse than chem).

after finals i start figuring out nursing program applications…

and after that a crammed summer semester featuring microbiology and a&p II.

after 16 hours + CNA course + moving + dog training schedule, i figure a 8-hour summer can't be that bad.

finding it hard to believe that my baby boy is graduating from college on Saturday…..

even harder that my once wild child aka "the tornado" will be getting her masters a week later and is interviewing for Nurse Practitioner jobs….

I'm very excited and happy today. A spot opened at my old store and the gm told me I can transfer over there. It'll be weird being back and not being assistant manager anymore. But I'm happy to be back with my work family.

Can't sleep. BF out w friends. Dog has terrible gas. I WANT to go to sleep, but 3 Tylenol nighttimes haven't done the trick… so now I'm just waiting it out. Wish silly BF would just call, because I'm pretty sure I could fall asleep if I knew he were safe. First Memorial Day in years that I'm not throwing a party… hope you all have a good holiday.

Thunderstorm woke me up…wish it hadn't…tired…spent weekend in Lousiville at Abbey Road on The River…HUGE Beatles festival…lots of fun…

Also celebrated my 24th wedding anniversary with Chip…had the BEST bone-in fillet of my life…still amazed by it…

Bought myself a new car this week…BMW…named her Sexy Sadie (after my memmere who I always called Sadie…and after a Beatles tune… ;))

Life's been very nice of late…gotta enjoy the peaks…

peaking in here and trying not to get stung by the bee that's flying around the room and refusing to leave by the wide open window.

last recital at the academy is two weeks from today. the jitters have already begun.

moving in about a month back to the area I grew up in (sort of). lots of change!

having mixed feelings about moving Jamie and Gibbs to the big city of Milwaukee tonight…..

looking forward to having so much more free time….

honestly going to miss having that little vanilla bear waiting for me to come home every night from work…..
