BNL Chatter / Random Surveys / How long have you been a Chatterer?
| bnldavid | Sep 28th 3:19 pm
Richard they were just after my inheritance…. I remember the name Darthy and it has evil connotations. |
| C-pher | Sep 28th 3:34 pm
Dean, don't forget that I had the Gutter Boat. So that was Chatter number Six. |

Darthy was fine. I went to an Austin show with him. He gave the board back, I think. |

Ah I miss the old days of the Gutter Cruises we had. Plus who could forget the Gutter Noir we created. That shit was fun. |
| C-pher | Sep 29th 8:50 am
I know, I loved the Gutter Noir… |

Who has all those recipes for Fruity Mop N Glo anyhow? I cannot seem to find them…. |

97 for me, I believe…. then I took a long leave of absence and came back in 2002 or 3. I remember my first ever chatter phone call was from Richard, made from a pay phone in NYC, I believe. LOL. |

I think Jen and I came on about the same time. Jim Sharon was my phone buddy back then, then I moved to Seattle (where he lives), and he goes off and gets a prissy fiancee that wouldn't let him play with us anymore. Peggy and I ran to them at a screening of Barenaked in America sometime after I moved up here in 2000. Peggy was my first, new Seattle friend. I still miss the Texas crew. Amanda is so sweet. |

Didn't Amanda get dirt in her car from Ed's Shoe? |
| Richard | Sep 29th 10:48 pm
I was from the pay phone in my dorm. :) We hacked the phone to give us free calls. I think I called you for consolation when Coll rejected me. |
| bnldavid | Sep 30th 6:52 am
yeah…what ever happened to all those old photos? I miss looking at ploppy doo and lmao….. |
| Richard | Sep 30th 5:18 pm
I still have them all on my backup drive. |
| Jen | Sep 30th 6:00 pm
Yes, Richard, you did… and I have never wanted to reach through a phone and hug someone more than during that call. *sigh* |

I've heard that "Eds dirt in Amanda's car" story. |

I think I was a lurker for a while before I actually posted anything. It was after we got a computer. Maybe late 2003, early 2004? I don't even remember how I got here. I think it started out with me finding the site and looking at all the BNL photos. |

I lurked for a while, back in late 98 when I first found out about this inter-web-thingie, and then my first posting try in early 99 didn't go so well…I was a bitch and alienated myself right away. About a month later I tried again and was welcomed with open arms. There were a few old-school chatterers that I was grateful to have as friends during that difficult time of my life. Then, I ran off to Canada, got knocked up and had two babies. I came back…in 2001, I think. |

I've been a user and abuser of the Chatter since back in the late 1990s. That's when I got my first computer. I bought it used. When I booted up the computer, the default homepage was BNLChatter, so I started chatting. For nearly 10 years, I thought the entire Internet was nothing more than the BNLChatter. After 2007, boy was I surprised to find out that there were other websites! |

I first posted as Wolf_Lover… and when I said I could not believe there was so many BNL fans out there.. Chper rolled his eyes at me.. hahaha I know it was about a year before my dad died… wow.. to be chatting with all you whackos for that long!!! ;O) |
