Recovering from a late night with friends here at our house last night.  Well, 11 PM is late for us nowadays…used to be when things were just warming up.  Anyway, like my wife says, it's nice to have friends over without having a hangover in the morning.

Getting ready to clean up the back yard from said cookout last night.

Going to work on my own set of cornhole boards today so I can stop borrowing my dad's ugle OSU ones.

Looking forward to buying some new bushes for the yard.

at work contemplating where to get another job. this one just isn't cutting it.

have no clue what to get my dad for his 60th… we're celebrating on friday even though the date is today.

excited about performing on thursday. should be cool! (have to get two new songs by heart, though…)

admiring my much improved newly stained deck…..

getting ready to put a second coat of stain on the floor of said deck….

then moving onto staining adirondack chairs and tables for on the deck….

hoping to get to the garden center today too to look at flowers and such….

wishing I had another day off….

nervous about something I have no need to be nervous about…but sometimes you get nervous for the people you love….Andrew is taking the MCAT exam on Thursday….just basically his whole future rides on it….

Finished painting closet doors, hanging new window shades, and insulating the attic entrance yesterday…

Getting ready to hang closet doors and then go fetch my car washing stuff to give my baby a bath…

Thinking I need David to come do his magic on my deck too…bonus points if he can fix the soda machine…

Lovin my new home (two bathrooms -YIPPEE!!), so excited for the new opportunities ahead of me.

Had a blast with Jen and my Buddy Bear on Saturday.

Dreading the last part of my move, but I know it has to be done,

...had a great weekend with the fiance…started out with a dozen red roses on my night stand and a little gift just because he missed me…

...excited at the thought that I have just under 3 months before I become a Mrs…

...not sure how i'm going to get all my work done AT work, but will figure it out somehow…(probably by not visiting here or anywhere else online while at work LOL)...

...starting to ride the bike daily…sad it kicked my ass last week, but determined to win this battle!

...dogs contracted fleas…all were given treatment baths, then treatments in general, my poor doggies…hope I got all the friggin' little bastards!

Sore from cutting down five huge trees and then chipping all the branches and then stacking wood.

Excited that I don't have to buy wood next year for our backyard fires.

Tired from working 8 am to Midnight shifts at the Hospital…glad that tonight and Thrusday are all I have left. 

Sad that in two Weeks Peanut's brother is going back for tour number two with the Army.

Sad he's going for 18 months this time… 

Wishing that the freaking Fence guy would finish the fence around our yard!

Unwinding after a busy day of yard work and graduation party.

Amazed that nearly everything we planted has already sprouted, and it's only been a week.  And we didn't even use fertilizer.  Hope this is a good sign for our first garden.

Thankful for a wife that's willing to get dirty and work hard around the house and yard.

Wondering what tomorrow's daddy-daughter day will bring for us.  Run some errands, possibly a bike ride, who knows what else.

Just tucked in Amelia, and ready to relax with a beer on the deck.

...the kid is officially out for summer vacation, his final year at nap-a-thon high school completed…and now I have to remember to wear pants when I go home for lunch, otherwise will traumatize the kid… *giggles*
