My comp has randomly started doing a very annoying thing.

Every time I close my browser (Firefox) I lose the logins to every page I visit so every time I re-open my browser I have to log back in to every single site I go to (and yes I have all the "remember me" type boxes checked.

Recently upgraded to the newest version of AVG Free version. Could there be some stupid part of that that dumps the info every time I close the browser?

Check your privacy settings in Firefox.  Make sure it's not deleting your history and stuff every time you shut it down.  I don't think AVG could be doing anything to cause that.  You may also want to reinstall, or upgrade, Firefox.

Yeah all my privacy settings are fine. Clear private data is unchecked and it's keeping history and cookies.

It's just weird

Reinstalled Firefox to no avail. It's still doing it.
