Woo hoo! First real snow of the year and I don't have to work for the weekend!

Yeah, we've been snowing all day with no signs of stopping all weekend.  Blizzard conditions tomorrow.  Luckily we're not traveling anywhere other than in town so I'm not too worried. Just sucks for shoveling.

same here….but we have to hit the road tomorrow and spend a long day at Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee to finish up.

It's going to be an interesting drive and frigging cold.

It's been snowing non-stop since yesterday around one PM.  Suposed to keep snowing until late tomorrow.  I ran the Snowblower this morning…we took the kids sleding…then came home, shoveled a little more, and are now inside for a while before some friends come over and we play in the snow some more.

I have a case of Sam Winter Lager to pass around to all the Mom's and Dad's out playing in the snow in the neighborhood after dinner.

Did some more snow blowing last night…another six inches of snow that turned to rain and then froze up.

We were at a Christmas Party and the kids all sang (I'll get pictures later when Peanut gets them off her camera).

I came home and used the snowblower to dig out the ice piled up from the street plow at the end of our driveway.  Went across the street and did our neighbor as well.

I know that it probably doesn't seem like all that much, but we have at least two feet of snow out there right now - it's the most I can remember having on the ground in the Puget Sound in my lifetime.
