Starbucks is such an awesome company.  I can honestly say that I take great pride in the company - not just as a great coffee company, but because of the way they treat their partners.  Our CEO is just such a great guy who seems to really take an interest in all the partners.  But, I think that two things that make me the most proud are the things that happened in our Leadership Conference in New Orleans.  First of all, the fact that Starbucks has joined Red Product, and also the way they gave back to the communities in New Orleans.
