Hoping my bestest buddy feels better so we can still go to Canada tomorrow…

Loving that I live close enough to Canada that it's a day trip…

Soooooo happy that it's Friday.  I love my job….but it's been so hectic the past few months…

Amazed that my BABY turns 13 tomorrow…

Excited about her "surprise" dinner at Cap City Diner tomorrow night… I think she will be very happy with the group of well-wishers we have invited to dinner…PLUS they serve Creme Brulee…which is her favorite…it's killing her…all she knows is that she must dress nice…

(We wanted to do something special…especially since my MIL's birthday was the day after…and they usually celebrated together…)

Thinking it will be a bittersweet weekend…

Wondering if things will ever feel normal again…

Thinking about a glass of wine…wonder when Chip is going to open a bottle…or at least rub my back…

Cap City's creme brulee kicks major ass.  So do the blue cheese potato chips.  I love that place!

Dreading the cold rainy day ahead, but looking forward to "date night" with the Mrs. tonight.

Happy that the garage is finally getting organized enough that I will soon be able to park a car in there again soon.

Still wondering what is up with C-pher.  I sent him a message with no response.  Wonder if I did something to make him mad?

Bummed that I found out today that the KMTT Winter Warmth concert (Matt Nathanson, Ingrid Michaelson, Augustana and The Pretenders) is a weekend the girls are supposed to be with their Dad.

Crossing my fingers, holding my breath, wishing on 11:11 and praying like I've never prayed before.
