finally get it on!

not really. just wanted to share some fun with you guys. yesterday steve poltz, a musician that jeff and i are fans of, came into the station where i work and did an interview. we called steve's dad, my very favorite billy, and JEFF E.

jeff didn't answer so steve left a message. if you want to hear, you can go to fearlessradio dot com (i don't want it hyperlinked back here because i don't want my bosses to come cruising the chatter - though we have enough hits to probably make that a non issue), click on "podcasts" at the top of the page, then scroll down and click on "Daytime Debauchery," then select "The Double D - 05.28.08 - Hour 1" (there's a photo of steve holding a guitar in the surf)

if you download the file it will open as a webpage. once the entire file is available, you can do a "Save As" and then drag that into itunes or windows media player or whatever.

steve's call to jeff e is at 1:04:10 in the program. :)

How cool is that?  I bet Jeff is kicking himself that he missed the call….I just love Steve Poltz…

Steve's dad called us back at 1:35:44, Billy called us at 1:39:45.

Steve's really great. I was excited to have him in the studio. We had some wacko calls at first, but things simmered down.

I'm rarely on the programs, but Dan's co-host Mike was out. Steve would just look at me whenever Dan started rambling.

Well, my response from yesterday disappeared (probably due to the buckles in the space-time forum continuum Ricardo warned us about) so… again, thanks to Mox for making my year.

I listened to the radio program too, and laughed my ass off. I let my daughter listen to the part where Steve called me -- she thinks I'm important now. :P
