MYSD is a stellar cd!

I love MYSD. I love Maroon better. But only slightly.

I judge my album preferences by how many songs I skip through -- no skips = higher ranking.

In my opinion:

2) Gordon
3) MYSD
4) BOAPS
5) Stunt
6) E2E
7) the newer one who's name I can never remember

And in defense of Maroon… I think it's a more mature and diverse record, instrumentation-wise. I also think that the songwriting took a step forward. I think it showed their potential as a non-novelty band better than earlier efforts.

Then they made E2E, which could be Jabba the Hutt's beer coaster.

And see…I beg to differ. I prefer E2E to Maroon. Songs like Aluminum and For You….love them.

Maturity isnt always the best…that's why I love MYSD. Its not perfect, but the songs have great messages and angst in them.

Well, you know I will always shout the wonders of MYSD from the mountain tops, but I have to say, for me, E2E edged above it on my list.

Please don't spank me…too hard.
