Richard everything looks great! I agree with Sean , I think avatars might be pretty cool along with the "edit post". I know I make a lot of typing screw ups so that would be a nice feature :)

How about next to the date of the post, Eastern, Central and Pacific time zones….

Things like avatars, editing, and time zones will require logins.  I'd like to see some buy in from the majority before I start on user accounts.

And FYI, the server is in Virginia, so the times are EST (East Coast FTW!)

A question about a couple features before I put them back in…
How do we feel about pagination (20 posts per page) and the 100 post limit?

I personally like the 20 posts per page and the 100 post limit…  kinda helps clean things up in the end when you want to junk some of the old stuff…

I don't mind the 20 posts per page, but can we have the option to select a page rather than clicking "next twenty messages" on each page, we could just click "page 3" etc.?

Yeah, the 20 per page is good & 100 is nice even number. lol
